Package Your Items
Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
